• Able to SPEAK & WRITE MANDARIN due to requirement from Chinese Airline carriers.

• Posess Diploma or higher in Food Technology/Food Science knowledge.
• Fair knowledge in Quality Management Standard, ISO9001, MS15000, ISO22000.
• Good knowledge of food technology and preparation, HACCP, GMP.
• Audit skill and qualification will be an advantage.

• Good rapport with airport authorities and airlines.

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Customer Service Agent.
• Knowledge of DCS and any other airlines system is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
